“I’m often a bit apprehensive when I get quotes from a Thumbtack contractor with no prior reviews. I looked around online a bit to see if I could learn a little more about Drain Pros before hiring them for my job. From what I found online they looked to be a safe choice so I gave them a chance.
All along Jeremy was good about keeping in contact with me and he was able to get out to me when he said he would. That’s a definite bonus when you have a clogged drain as we did.
Both Jeremy and his associate were very nice and informative during their visit. He even wound up charging less than the quoted amount since our problem wound up being resolved easier than expected. Impressive.
